Refund policy

Return & Refund Policies -Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns on rice or any food items once they have been delivered, except in the following cases:

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.

For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

The product was damaged during transit

The product was defective or contaminated

The wrong item was delivered

The product is expired or unfit for consumption at the time of delivery

Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement items will be shipped after verification of the claim.
